Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. At Linenfolk.shop, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet all the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a valid order number or receipt

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria above.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear

  • Accessories such as earrings or face masks

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or made-to-order items


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Prepare your item(s) in original packaging

  2. Include your order number and reason for return inside the parcel

  3. Ship to the designated return address provided upon request

Unauthorized returns or returns without approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., size preference, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • In cases where an item was defective or incorrect, we will assist in a full resolution, either by reshipping or refunding.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us with clear photos/videos of the issue

  • We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days

  • A full refund or replacement will be offered when the issue is confirmed


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider

  • If still unresolved, reach out to us with your order details
